Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Cobonet website, mobile apps and merchant tools operated by Ethica Business Group ("Cobonet", "we").

A voucher is a prepaid right to receive the product or service described in the deal from the named merchant.
Each voucher has a unique code and can be redeemed once, before its expiry date.
Merchant-specific terms (booking requirements, blackout dates, etc.) are listed on each deal.

Payments are processed by our licensed payment partner. Cobonet does not store card or wallet credentials.

Unredeemed vouchers may be refunded if the merchant cannot provide the service. Contact support with your order code.

Merchants are responsible for honouring vouchers and for the quality of their products and services.
