How do I use my voucher?
Open My Vouchers, choose the voucher and show the QR code (or the code) to the merchant. They will scan or type it to redeem.
Which payment methods can I use?
Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa, bank cards and other methods supported by our payment partner.
When does my voucher expire?
Each voucher shows its expiry date. Redeem it before that date — expired vouchers cannot be used.
Can I get a refund?
Unused vouchers can be refunded when the merchant cannot deliver the service. Contact support with your order code.
How do I list my business?
Go to the merchant portal and apply. Our team reviews applications within 1–2 business days.
